The venue will reportedly feature 650 slots and blackjack and poker for its gaming offering.

Cedar Lakes Casino & Hotel will reportedly feature a 100-room hotel, a 3-restaurant food court, a casino bar, event center, arcade and gift shop. The project that is expected to cost between $45-50 million, was approved by members of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe in a referendum conducted on May 16, 2017.

The groundbreaking at the new location was held in Dec 2017. Update: In 2017 the Leech Lake Band Of Ojibwe voted to move their Palace Casino Hotel closer to the city of Cass Lake.
